• S (36/38): Chest circumference approx. 88cm
• M (40/42): Chest circumference approx. 96cm
• L (44/46): Chest circumference approx. 104cm
• XL (48/50): Chest circumference approx. 116cm

For the panties and long trousers, the following sizes apply as a guide:

• S (36/38): hip circumference approx. 97cm
• M (40/42): Hip circumference approx. 103cm
• L (44/46): Hip circumference approx. 109cm
• XL (48/50): hip circumference approx. 119cm

Our back warmer is also available in the standard clothing sizes:

• S (36/38): waist circumference approx. 65-77cm
• M (40/42): waist circumference approx. 78-88cm
• L (44/46): waist circumference approx. 89-101cm
• XL (48/50): waist circumference approx. 102-113cm

For orders to Germany and other European countries, the corresponding VAT is automatically included.

Orders from third countries (Switzerland, Norway, UK, Canada and USA) are VAT-free.

We ship your order within Germany and to other European countries.

In addition, we now also ship to Switzerland, USA, Canada, UK and Norway.

Our shipping costs are broken down by region as follows:

• Germany: €2.99; free shipping for orders over €100
• European countries: 9.90€
• Norway, USA, Canada: 12.90€
• Switzerland: 14,90€ incl. customs duties

With every order you will receive a DHL tracking code by email, which you can use to track your delivery.

You'll receive all important documents related to your order by email. We'll also include a paper invoice with your package.

You can enter your valid discount code or voucher in the designated field below the order summary during checkout.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to subsequently apply a voucher or discount code.

You can return your orders to us within the statutory return period. This means you have 30 days to register your return with us.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means it must be returned to us unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If these requirements are met, you can create a free DHL return label for returns from Germany.

We will inspect your return and notify you once we have processed the refund.

If you would like to exchange an item you have already purchased, please return it to us in accordance with our return policy.
